A Unique Program
At The Coaching Institute, it's different. We are the only Comprehensive Coaching program in the world integrating all different coaching theories and methods, from the ancient traditions of Socrates to the most current concepts like neuro-linguistic programming to re-patterning, the laws of attraction and the power of intention.
By four months, you'll realize you know things about coaching and human behavior that health care professionals who graduated with PhD's don't know. You will have a way of speaking and listening to people that is authentic, caring and deeply loving.
This is an outcome of a process we call bridge beliefs, where you unlearn false oppressive concepts taught by society, then begin to bring in universal truths you were born with. That's how we cover so much material quickly and so effectively.
We offer a top quality, specialized training program, that reaches a deep level of human potential, understanding and ability, and is unique in higher education.
A Unique Approach
This is a home study and tele-mentoring program modeled after Cambridge and Oxford University's and is the highest form of adult education. It is based on educational models that work with many learning styles and honor and support adult learners best. You are part of a virtual community, in close touch for one-hour phone learning conferences per month with your mentor for one-on-one mentoring, while you study the materials in your own way on your own time.
Through your direct experience in our program, you will acquire the skills needed to work with the public. We train you to offer a comprehensive eight-month program*, meeting with clients in one-on-one sessions by phone or in person, twice a month. Also included in your program will be monthly group events such as teleclasses or expert speakers or articles and other materials.
*Note: Most Coach Training Programs do not even offer a program for you to take your clients through. Ours is 8-months long - which means you not only benefit from everything being laid out for you during your client sessions, but this ensures you have continual income for that entire time. And in many cases, your clients develop the habit of having you coach them that they stay with you for years!
By offering this unique, thorough approach, you will be able to develop long-term relationships with clients creating a highly supportive, safe space for the total transformation where clients get coaching in a step-by-step process to transform their entire lives, re-examining career choices, cleaning up relationship issues, and creating time for the most important things in life.
